Vigilant Hands is a family-owned business established in 2026. What began as a shared dream has become a reality, allowing us to provide high-quality, professional healthcare education.
Our founders bring nearly three decades of combined nursing experience and a passion for developing confident, skilled healthcare professionals.
Together, we combine our clinical experience, teaching expertise, and passion for education to provide comprehensive, hands-on IV training. Our mission is to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to excel in patient care.

Empowering Nurses Through Skill and Confidence
Teresa (“Terry”)is a Registered Nurse with more than 19 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has specialized in perioperative and endoscopy nursing, working in a variety of hospital settings to develop a strong clinical foundation. She is also a certified National IV Association Instructor dedicated to helping others build safe and effective IV therapy skills. In addition to her clinical expertise, Teresa holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Management, reflecting her commitment to excellence in healthcare leadership, education, and professional development.
Ashlyn is a Registered Nurse with more than 9 years of experience, specializing in critical care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Her expertise includes advanced vascular access techniques, and she is certified in ultrasound-guided IV insertion. Ashlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), further demonstrating her dedication to providing evidence-based, high-quality patient care and education.
